Refund policy

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging. Items with obvious signs of use are not eligible for return. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at tt.tool87294220@gmail.com and provide clear photos or videos of the issue for review.

If the issue is determined to be the result of our error, including defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we will cover the return shipping cost.

EXCHANGES

We only offer exchanges for defective items.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for the following:

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Pre-order items are generally non-cancellable. However, if your order has not yet entered the production or shipping stage, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will review whether cancellation can still be arranged.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be processed and posted to your account.
