ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary depending on product type, stock status, order volume, and production schedule.
In-stock items and pre-order items may have different processing times. If your order contains pre-order items, shipment may be delayed according to the product’s production or release schedule unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Once your order has entered the processing, production, or shipping stage, it may no longer be possible to cancel the order.
SHIPPING TIMES
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, local courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, and other circumstances beyond our control.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
CUSTOMS DUTIES, IMPORT TAXES, AND OTHER FEES
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any other related charges are determined by the destination country or region.
These charges are generally the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated by us.
TT-tool is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or delivery issues caused by customs procedures or unpaid import-related fees.
ORDER TRACKING
If tracking is available for your shipment, tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
DELAYS
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, local delivery conditions, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at tt.tool87294220@gmail.com and provide clear photos or videos so we can review the issue and assist you.
For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, please contact the carrier first. If you still need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for issues caused after delivery confirmation by the carrier.
