Are your products original Milwaukee products?
No. Our products are independently designed accessories made to fit selected tools and storage setups. TT-tool is not affiliated with or endorsed by Milwaukee.
Do you sell ready-to-ship items or pre-orders?
We offer both.
Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched faster, while pre-order items require additional production time. Please check the product page for the current order type and estimated lead time.
How long does shipping take?
Delivery typically takes 7–30 days after dispatch, depending on the destination, carrier, customs processing, and seasonal demand.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipped yet, we may be able to help.
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has been produced or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you accept returns?
Returns are accepted only for unused items in original condition, unless the item is defective or arrives damaged.
Because some items are made to order, certain orders may not be eligible for return. Please review our return policy or contact us before purchasing if you have questions.
